Clear expectations protect the photographs and the way you plan to use them.
Personal or commercial?
Personal portrait use and commercial promotion are different. Tell the studio about press, advertising, label or brand use so the written license can match the project.
What is delivered?
The agreed scope defines the edited photographs and video deliverables. RAW files are not included unless expressly agreed.
When will it arrive?
Allow 7–10 business days for a proof gallery or edited selects unless your agreement specifies another timeline. Retouched work follows any required client selections.
Keep your final files.
Download and back up delivered media during the gallery access period. Additional photographs, revisions and extended access are discussed with the studio.
