Information may be collected through our website forms and service platforms including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, HoneyBook, Pic-Time, and SmugMug.

  • deliver galleries, media links, and purchased downloads

  • send invoices, quotes, proposals, or agreements

  • process payments through third-party providers

  • improve our services and client experience

We share information only with trusted service providers needed to deliver your experience, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, HoneyBook, Pic-Time, SmugMug, Stripe, and PayPal. These providers use information only to perform services for DJxShoots.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

DJxShoots does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We retain booking and gallery-related information for at least 12 months for client support, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. Gallery links may expire, and clients are responsible for downloading and saving delivered files during the access period provided.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. Galleries and files may be protected by password, expiration settings, or email authentication depending on the platform. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Analytics

DJxShoots and our website platform (Squarespace) may use cookies and analytics tools to help the site function properly, understand site traffic, and improve performance. This may include Squarespace Analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
